5. Destruction of Personal Information
The Company destroys collected personal information without delay once the purpose of use has been achieved. Electronic files are safely deleted to prevent recovery or reproduction. However, certain items may be retained for up to three years after withdrawal to prevent fraudulent registration/use and for customer support purposes, after which they are destroyed. In addition, the personal information of members who have not used the service for one year is separately stored or deleted, and information kept separately is destroyed immediately after five years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.


6. User Rights
Users or their legal representatives, as the subjects of information, may request to view, correct, delete, suspend processing, or withdraw consent regarding the collection, use, and sharing of personal information at any time by contacting the website, main phone, customer support department, or the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
However, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, the exercise of some rights may be restricted if there is no justifiable reason.
